How to Register APCCAS 2025
We welcome your online registration for APCCAS 2025.
It is important to read all the information on the website before you start the registration process.
- If you would like to participate, you are required to register for APCCAS 2025.
- Please note that the prices are quoted in Korean Won (KRW) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Please do not use your browser’s “Back” button during the online registration process.
- If you want to change the registration category or cancel your registration, please contact the secretariat at secretary@apccas2025.org.

Publication Policy of the Accepted Papers
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by an author registered at the full (regular) rate in order to be included in both the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
- If an author registers but does not attend the on-site presentation session, the paper will be included in the conference proceedings but not in IEEE Xplore.
- If an author has not registered for the conference, the accepted paper will be included in neither the conference proceedings nor IEEE Xplore.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference at the regular registration rate no later than August 12, 2025, in order for the paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings. The “full registration” mentioned above means following:
- A separate regular-rate registration is required for each accepted paper, even if the same author has multiple papers. Registrations at the student rate (or life members) cannot be used to cover additional papers.

- If you have a companion, please purchase an additional ticket online. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of banquet tickets after August 12, 2025.
- This year’s tutorial session will be available both on-site and online. The secretariat will send the access link to the email address provided during registration.

- Accepted Credit Cards
Overseas Master, VISA, JCB, and AMEX Domestic Issued in Korea - Credit card payment is available through the online registration system.
- Please note that we use “EXIMBAY” for credit cards issued outside Korea and “KG Mobilians Co. Ltd.” for cards issued in Korea.
- Using multiple credit cards under one email address, or using multiple email addresses, may result in payment blockage by EXIMBAY.
- Payments made with corporate cards may be declined by the EXIMBAY system. We recommend avoiding the use of corporate cards if possible.
- Overseas credit card payments are processed by EXIMBAY and will appear on your billing statement as www.eximbay.com.
- Please verify your payment receipt with your credit card provider.
- Credit card payments may be declined if the country where the card is used does not match its country of issuance.
Bank Transfer
- Please make a direct bank transfer to the account below.
- The sender’s name must match the registrant’s name exactly.
- A copy of the bank remittance receipt must be emailed to the secretariat at secretary@apccas2025.org.
- Please note that all bank transfer fees must be paid by the registrant. Any remaining balance must be paid on-site.

Registration and Payment Status
Credit Card
- Once full payment is completed, your payment status will be updated immediately (from “Waiting” to “Paid”).
- An ‘Acknowledgment of Registration’ email is sent automatically, regardless of payment success. Please verify your payment status on My Page.
- If the payment status is displayed as ‘Failed’, you must retry by clicking the ‘Retry’ button next to it. When payment is complete, you can check the receipt on My Page.
Bank Transfer
- An ‘Acknowledgment of Registration’ email is sent automatically, even if your payment has not been confirmed.
- It will take 1 week for the payment status to update from “Pending” to “Paid” once the full payment is made.
- A receipt letter will be emailed to you within 1 week when your payment is complete. If you do not receive it, please contact the Secretariat by email at secretary@apccas2025.org.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to the Conference Secretariat (secretary@apccas2025.org) no later than August 22, 2025.
- Cancellations received on or before August 22, 2025 will be eligible for a refund, minus a 20% processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 22, 2025.
