Submission

The Organizing Committee of IEEE APCCAS 2025 / PRIMEAsia 2025 invites proposals for Live Demonstrations that will be conducted during the event in presentation booths to showcase a working system. The demonstrations can be an interactive software on a laptop and/or hardware setup. Conference attendees will have to opportunity to experience the demonstrations directly.

Presenters offer direct proof of their working systems and create a lasting impact for a session that has been well attended in previous years. Prospective demonstrations can be on work that has already been published or on research that is expected to be published concurrently in the CAS society this year.

The one-page live demonstration submission must contain the following information：

1. Demonstration Title and Reference
   The demonstration title must begin with “Live Demonstration:”. If the one-page demo description is based on an already published paper, please include at least one reference to your published paper about the scientific background of your live demonstration, and this will not be considered a violation of the double-blind review policy. The reference must be easily accessible to the reviewers, so a URL is highly recommended. If the one-page demo description is based on a new paper submitted to APCCAS 2025, please include the submission ID of your APCCAS paper in the demo description.
2. Demonstration Setup
   Describe the equipment you will bring to APCCAS 2025. Include a photograph and/or screenshot. Only a power plug, a table, and a display stand will be provided. Demonstrators are responsible for transporting their own equipment to the meeting site. Indicate any special requirements, such as extra space for demonstrating robotic movement or other requirements that the organizers should be aware of.
3. Visitor Experience
   Explain the way in which a visitor experiences and interacts with your demonstration, how it reveals the essence of your work, furthers understanding, and what the visitor will learn.
